The owner may be contacted at ](http://www.marbellatenniscoach.com "http://www.marbellatenniscoach.com")[info@marbellatenniscoach.com or by phone at: 0034670834375.](mailto:info@marbellatenniscoach.com "mailto:info@marbellatenniscoach.com")

1. Booking and Coaching Services

Marbella Tennis Coach provides individual and group coaching, intensive training programmes, player-development projects, online coaching, tournament support and customised coaching services. Each booking will clearly confirm the agreed objectives, duration, location, schedule, number of players and services or items included, so that both the player and coach understand exactly what has been arranged. Any significant changes to the agreed programme will be discussed and confirmed in advance.

2. Prices, Deposits and Final Payments

The price, any applicable taxes, payment method and payment deadlines will be communicated and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed. For individual lessons and regular coaching sessions, payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. For intensive courses, tournament support, travel assignments, customised programmes or other services requiring significant advance planning and reserved availability, a deposit or advance payment may be required to secure the booking. Depending on the programme, this may be 50% of the agreed fee or another percentage communicated and agreed upon in advance. The remaining balance may be payable before the service begins, during the programme or upon completion, depending on the arrangement agreed for that particular booking. Any applicable refundable or non-refundable deposit conditions will be clearly communicated before payment is made and will always be subject to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

3. Travel and Tournament Expenses

When coaching, tournament support or other services are provided outside the Costa Del Sol area, the player may be responsible for reasonable additional expenses associated with the assignment. These may include transport, flights, accommodation, meals, visas, tournament accreditation, court access and local transportation, where applicable. Estimated travel and tournament expenses will be communicated for approval before reservations or commitments are made and, where appropriate, may need to be paid in advance. If a trip, tournament or travel assignment is cancelled after non-refundable reservations or expenses have already been incurred, the player may remain responsible for those costs where they were previously approved or reasonably incurred in connection with the agreed service.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

I understand that plans can change, and players are welcome to cancel or reschedule a coaching session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Any rescheduled session will be subject to the coach’s availability. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or failure to attend a confirmed session, may result in the session being charged in full. If the coach needs to cancel due to illness, an emergency, travel disruption or another justified reason, the player will be offered a suitable alternative date or time. Where rescheduling is not possible, any amount paid for the affected coaching service will be refunded or credited, as appropriate. For outdoor sessions, weather and court conditions will always be taken into consideration. In the event of rain, extreme heat, unsafe court conditions or other circumstances that make playing unreasonable or unsafe, the session may be postponed, rescheduled, relocated or adapted where appropriate. For tournament support, intensive programmes, coaching packages, travel assignments or other services involving advance reservations, dedicated dates or third-party expenses, specific cancellation conditions may apply. These will be communicated and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed. Any non-refundable travel, accommodation, tournament or other third-party expenses already incurred in connection with a confirmed booking may remain payable if the player cancels, provided those costs were agreed upon or appropriately communicated in advance. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory rights the player may have under applicable consumer law.

5. Intensive Courses and Coaching Packages

The number of sessions, duration of each session, course dates, schedule, and total price will be agreed with the player before the course or coaching package begins and confirmed at the time of booking. If a player is unable to attend a scheduled session, the cancellation and rescheduling conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions will apply. If a player chooses to leave an intensive course or coaching programme before it has been completed, sessions already provided and any costs already incurred will remain payable. Any refund or credit for the unused part of the programme will depend on the circumstances and the cancellation conditions applicable to the booking. If the coach is unable to provide a scheduled session, every reasonable effort will be made to rearrange the session at a mutually convenient time. Where this is not possible, the affected session will be credited or refunded as appropriate. Any significant changes to an agreed intensive course, coaching package, or programme should be confirmed in writing between the coach and the player or, in the case of a junior player, their parent or legal guardian. Benefit: Players understand exactly what their course or coaching package includes, how long it remains valid, and the conditions applying to missed, unused, or cancelled sessions before making payment.

6. Player Health, Safety and Conduct

Players are responsible for informing the coach before participating in any session of any relevant injury, illness, medical condition, physical limitation, or other circumstance that could affect their ability to participate safely. Where appropriate, players should seek advice or clearance from a qualified medical professional before taking part in coaching or physical training. Players are expected to follow all reasonable coaching, safety, and court instructions and to behave respectfully towards the coach, other players, club staff, and other users of the facilities. Players must wear suitable sports clothing and footwear and use equipment appropriate for tennis and any other training activities included in the session. The coach reserves the right to modify, suspend, or stop a session where continuing could present an unreasonable safety risk to the player, coach, or another person. Coaching is intended to support the player's tennis development, fitness, technique, and performance. However, individual results depend on many factors, and no specific sporting, competitive, fitness, or medical outcome can be guaranteed. Benefit: These conditions help reduce avoidable risks and maintain a safe, respectful, and professional training environment.

7. Children and Junior Players

All bookings for players under the age of 18 must be made or authorised by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must provide accurate contact information and an emergency contact and must inform the coach of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other circumstances that may affect the junior player's safety or participation. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that junior players arrive at the agreed location on time and are collected promptly at the end of the session unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. Communication relating to bookings, payments, schedules, travel, and other administrative matters concerning a junior player should normally take place with the parent or legal guardian. Photographs or videos of junior players will only be taken or used for promotional, website, social-media, or other non-coaching purposes where the appropriate consent has been obtained from the parent or legal guardian. Any travel with a junior player to tournaments, competitions, training camps, or other locations must be agreed in advance with the parent or legal guardian. Separate written authorisation may be required for travel, tournaments, trips, or overnight stays. Parents and guardians must provide the coach with any information reasonably necessary to ensure the appropriate supervision and safety of the junior player. Benefit: Clear responsibilities and consent procedures help provide junior players with an appropriate level of safeguarding, supervision, and protection.

8. Courts, Facilities and Equipment

Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of booking, coaching prices cover the coaching service only. Court hire, club entrance or guest fees, fitness-facility charges, tournament entry fees, and other third-party venue costs are not included unless they are expressly included in the booking or coaching package. Tennis balls and standard coaching equipment required for the lesson will normally be provided by the coach. Players are expected to bring their own suitable tennis racket, tennis shoes, sports clothing, water, and any other personal equipment they may require. Where available, the coach may agree in advance to provide or arrange a racket or other equipment. The coach will normally arrange or confirm the tennis court required for the coaching session unless otherwise agreed with the player. Any applicable court or venue charges will be communicated to the player before the session wherever reasonably possible. Court and facility prices are controlled by the relevant club or venue and may change independently of the coach. Where a venue increases its charges, any additional third-party cost may be passed on to the player, provided the player is informed of the change before the affected booking wherever reasonably possible. If a club or venue cancels a court reservation or makes the court unavailable for reasons outside the coach's control, the coach will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative court, venue, or time. Any difference in venue or court cost will be communicated to the player before proceeding where possible. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, the coaching session will be rescheduled or credited and will not be treated as a player cancellation. Players remain responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The coach cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged at a tennis club, court, training facility, or other venue, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded. Benefit: Players know what is included in the coaching price, which additional costs they may need to pay, who arranges the court, and what equipment they need to bring.

9. Tournament and Online Coaching

Tournament coaching and support may be arranged separately and tailored to the individual player. Depending on the service agreed, tournament support may include pre-tournament preparation, warm-up sessions, match observation, match analysis, tactical and technical feedback, scheduling support, and communication with the player between matches. The exact services included, tournament dates, coaching hours, fees, travel arrangements, accommodation, tournament expenses, and any other additional costs will be agreed with the player, or with the parent or legal guardian in the case of a junior player, before the service begins. Tournament schedules can change at short notice and are controlled by tournament organisers rather than the coach. The coach will make reasonable efforts to adapt to schedule changes but cannot guarantee availability for every match or change in the tournament programme unless this has been specifically agreed in advance. Online coaching may include live video sessions, match analysis, technical or tactical consultations, fitness guidance, and analysis of videos submitted by the player. The online platform or communication method to be used will be agreed before the session and may include commonly available video-call, messaging, or video-sharing services. Players are responsible for having a suitable device, a reliable internet connection, and any software or applications required to participate. The coach cannot be responsible for technical problems caused by the player's equipment, internet connection, or third-party platforms. Where players submit videos for analysis, they must have the right and permission to share the material. Players should avoid submitting footage containing other identifiable individuals without appropriate permission, particularly where children are involved. Online sessions will not be recorded by the coach unless this has been agreed in advance. Where a recording is proposed, the purpose of the recording and how it will be used should be made clear before recording begins. Appropriate consent must be obtained where a junior player is involved. Tournament and online coaching are designed to support the player's development, preparation, technique, tactics, decision-making, and performance. However, tennis performance depends on many factors outside the coach's control. No guarantee can therefore be made regarding match victories, rankings, tournament results, team or academy selection, scholarships, professional status, or any other specific sporting outcome.

10. Consumer Rights, Complaints and Disputes

Marbella Tennis Coach aims to provide a professional and reliable coaching service. If a player is dissatisfied with a service or believes there has been a problem with a booking, payment, cancellation, or coaching session, they should contact the coach as soon as reasonably possible so that the matter can be reviewed and an appropriate solution can be sought. Complaints should include the player's name, the relevant booking or coaching service, the date of the service, and a clear explanation of the issue. Where appropriate, supporting information should also be provided. Where a refund, credit, or rescheduling is due under these Terms & Conditions or applicable consumer law, it will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the booking and the player's applicable legal rights.

11. Online and Distance Bookings

Where a player books coaching online, by telephone, by email, or through another form of distance communication, statutory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights may apply under Spanish and European Union consumer law. Where the player expressly requests that coaching or another booked service begins during an applicable statutory withdrawal period, the player may be required to pay for the part of the service that has already been provided if they subsequently exercise a valid right of withdrawal. Where a service has been fully performed during the applicable withdrawal period following the player's express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory rights that a consumer has under applicable Spanish or European Union consumer-protection law.

12. Resolving Disputes

Players are encouraged to contact Marbella Tennis Coach directly in the first instance so that any complaint or disagreement can be addressed promptly and fairly. These Terms & Conditions and the coaching services provided by Marbella Tennis Coach are governed by Spanish law. However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to the player, including any rights relating to the competent courts or jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded or changed by agreement.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our coaching services, booking arrangements, operational practices or legal requirements. The terms applicable to a confirmed booking remain subject to the agreement made for that booking and to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
